The 10-Cheer threshold matters
The 4-piece bonus has a hard condition: 10 or more Cheers. Whoever wears it has to generate 10 Cheers reliably, or only the first half of the effect fires. That is exactly why Pearl and this set fit together, since her kit already accumulates Cheers.
Heretic is for basic-attack units
Heretic Who Devoured the Forbidden Fruit gives 16% crit damage at two pieces, 36% basic attack damage at four, and 20% ATK for 2 turns whenever the wearer uses a basic attack . It only works on units whose damage flows through basic attacks, so do not force it onto a skill-based carry.
