The catch is that in the same week, the limited banner Arknights: Cast Snow into Fire shuts down at 03:59 on November 15.
In other words, you are carrying three things this week: stages from part one you never finished, the part two that just opened, and a limited banner that is already counting down. All three are fighting over the same thing, your 240 Sanity a day. So here is the conclusion up front: there is no rush to pull for Talulah. Send your Sanity to the event stages first and keep your permits for Arknights Garrison Headhunting. The limited banner has seven days left; the Garrison pool has twenty-something. Whatever expires first naturally goes first.
The 2026 Thank-You Celebration runs from 12:00 on November 1 to 03:59 on November 22, with the SideStory "Time, Move Forward!" released in three parts. Each part opens on its own schedule, and the limited banner hangs on a separate deadline of its own, which is exactly why dates are the easiest thing to muddle this week. Below, this Arknights guide walks you through the calendar first. Once the dates are straight, both the pulling and the Sanity spending fall into place.

Get the Three Dates Straight First
Part one, [Afterglow's End], opens at 12:00 on November 1; part two, [First Green of a Long Winter], at 16:00 on November 8; part three, [Spring of the Century], at 16:00 on November 15. All three close together at 03:59 on November 22. They share one currency and one finish line.
The Easiest Mistake: Treating the 15th as the End of the Event
Something does happen on the 15th, but what closes is not the event, it is the limited banner. [Cast Snow into Fire] shuts at 03:59 on November 15, and the free ten-pull permit expires at that same moment. The event shop and all three parts of the stages stay open until 03:59 on November 22, and the bundle runs even later, until 03:59 on November 29.
Those dates sit a full two weeks apart. Every year somebody remembers that free ten-pull on the evening of the 15th and spends the last few hours scrolling announcements and rushing to spend it, which is a miserable way to finish. Put it on your calendar now and you never have to race the final hours.
Two Things Opening at 4 p.m. on the 8th
Back to the 8th. From 16:00 on November 8, Garrison Protocol Regulations Sequence I and [Garrison Headhunting] open together. Garrison Headhunting lasts until 03:59 on December 2, far longer than the limited banner, and its six-stars come from a fixed list of ten: Mon3tr, Candleflame , True Word , Logos, Ulpianus, Starguiding Thorns, Jian, Mynar, Honeysuckle and Pewter , at a 2% rate.
One more thing that is easy to miss: the supply login event does not begin until 04:00 on November 12 and ends at 03:59 on November 22, seven days of claims in a row, handing out Kernel Headhunting Permits and celebration supplies. Note the 12th: four days later than Garrison Headhunting. Every year people log in on the 8th and spend ages hunting for a check-in entry that is not there yet.
The Event Currency: Spend One Round Early
Part one's stages do not disappear once part two opens, so plenty of people plan to put them off. But the currency is a single shared pool, and spending one round early has a real payoff: you can see immediately how far you still are from the Module Data Blocks, and what to farm in the next two parts becomes obvious.
Leave it until the 22nd and you may find yourself twenty short, with the event already closed and nothing to do but stare at it.
With the dates sorted, what is left is the hardest call of the week: Garrison Headhunting, pull or skip?

Garrison Headhunting: Ten Operators, a 2% Rate
Whether it is worth your pulls has nothing to do with how strong the pool is. It is about who you are missing.
Which of the Ten Are You Missing?
The ten six-stars fall roughly into three tiers. Mon3tr, Logos, Mynar, Ulpianus and Jian are system-level picks, and landing one can change how an entire squad plays. True Word, Starguiding Thorns and Pewter lean toward utility and damage fill-ins. Candleflame and Honeysuckle depend much more on how the rest of the team is built.
The test is simple: open your Elite 2 lineup. Whichever slot you are still patching with four- and five-stars is the slot whose six-star you should be waiting for. No tier list required. The slot you hesitate over before every run is your answer.
A Rerun Pool's Value Lies in Your Archive Gaps
A popular line going around says Garrison Headhunting is all rerun characters, so there is no point pulling. That is only half right.
The six-star rate is 2%, the same as a standard banner. The difference is a smaller pool with a tighter target: drawing a six-star from ten names rather than from dozens is a very different chance of hitting the one you actually lack. For an older account missing system-level slots, a pool like this is simply better value than gambling on a limited banner.
Conversely, if your archive is already complete and no slot is missing, this pool genuinely does nothing for you. That means you do not need it, not that the pool is weak.
A 2% Rate: How to Budget
At 2%, the expected value is one six-star per 50 pulls. But that is a long-run average, not a pity system. It does not promise a six-star on pull fifty, only that after a great many pulls your average settles near that number. Expect "fifty pulls, so it should show up" and you will usually be disappointed.
The good news is that Garrison Headhunting stays open until December 2, spanning two months of dailies and weeklies. A normal monthly-card player earns enough in a month for one 30-pull attempt. So leave the budget you set aside for the limited banner's 15th deadline untouched. The two pools are three weeks apart, and waiting costs you nothing.
The Bundle: Which Part Is Actually Worth the Money
While we are here, the bundle deserves a clear breakdown. The Thank-You Celebration bundle sells from 12:00 on November 1 to 03:59 on November 29, and contains 90 Originite Prime, 1 10x Headhunting Permit, 1 10x Kernel Headhunting Permit, 1 Outfit Voucher, 260,000 LMD, 30 Strategic Battle Records, 4 Chip Catalysts, 6 Module Data Blocks, 30 Data Supplement Instruments and 90 Data Supplements.
Break it down and the picture is clear: the Originite Prime portion is roughly what you would pay buying directly, and the real difference comes from the upgrade materials. If you are short on Module Data Blocks, the bundle earns its price. If all you need is pull currency, buying Originite Prime directly is cleaner, and there is no reason to pay extra for a pile of materials you will never use.
That covers the Garrison pool. Now back to the limited banner, which has only seven days left and needs its own accounting.

Cast Snow into Fire: Seven Days Left, So Do the Math
There are only three things to settle with a limited banner: whether to claim the free ten-pull, how to read that 70%, and when to stop pulling.
Remember to Claim the Free Ten-Pull
Log in between 12:00 on November 1 and 03:59 on November 15 to claim one [Homeland, New Journey Headhunting Permit]. It works only for a single ten-pull on [Cast Snow into Fire], once per account, and it expires at 03:59 on November 15 as well.
The permit costs no Orundum, so it is a free shot at the pool. There is no reason not to take it. The only real loss would be being too lazy to tap the button.
That 70% Belongs to Talulah and Frozen River Together
In [Cast Snow into Fire], 6 Talulah [Limited] and Frozen River together account for 70% of the 6rate. 6 Regal SilverAsh [Limited], New Covenant Exusiai [Limited] and Wasteland Lappland [Limited] split the remaining 30%, with a 5x weight boost.
The usual misreading is taking 70% as Talulah's own rate. That number is shared by two operators, and once you split it, neither of them is anywhere near 70%. Keep that in mind and it becomes much harder to get carried away.
When to Stop Pulling
Celebration-series limited banners carry a rule: at 300 cumulative pulls you receive the featured limited operator as an extra. At 2%, 300 pulls is roughly six six-stars, and at a monthly-card pace of thirty pulls a month that is about ten months of saving. For heavy spenders it is a safety net; for ordinary players it is effectively out of reach, so read it and move on.
Here is the practical advice: if you hold fewer than thirty pulls' worth of Orundum and your squad still lacks reliable six-star damage, use the free ten-pull and stop there, saving the rest for the Garrison pool. The worst moment in gacha is rarely the miss. It is knowing your budget is short and dumping every last Orundum on the final night anyway.
Both pools accounted for. What comes next is the 240 Sanity you cannot avoid every day.

240 Sanity: Event Stages First
Sanity regenerates one point every six minutes, 240 a day. That sounds like a lot until you realize it is a dozen-odd runs, and which stage gets it first makes a real difference.
Prioritise the Event Stages, but Do Not Grind Blindly
During an event, send Sanity to the event stages first, because the shop's exchange efficiency is generally better than farming main-story material stages. Once the shop is cleared out, go back for modules and Skill Summaries. As for exactly how much Sanity each stage costs and what it drops, that is all listed on the stage screen. The official announcement does not break it down stage by stage, so trust the game itself.
There is only one ordering rule: exchange what expires first, farm what is always there second.
Save the Sanity Potions for Part Three
Emergency Sanity Potions and the concentrated ones: do not empty them the moment the event opens.
Part three, [Spring of the Century], opens at 16:00 on November 15 and usually brings a hard stage you have to retry over and over, which is when Sanity actually runs short. Part two is a notch harder than part one, but it will not wall you; a normal clear gets through it.
Draining the potions now is firing your ammunition at a battle you were going to win anyway. Save them, and uncork after the 15th.
Do Not Miss the Login Event or the Distinction Certificates
The limited login event runs from 12:00 on November 1 to 03:59 on November 15, ten days of claims in total, handing out 400 Orundum, 1 Module Data Block, an Alanna outfit and more. Separately, from 12:00 on November 1 the Distinction Certificate shop adds the 5 [Mirrorsmith] and the 4 [Traveling Bell]. Both cost only Distinction Certificates, so glance over in passing and check whether you are missing either.
Neither of these costs Sanity or pulls. The only risk is forgetting them.
That is everything worth flagging. Last step: put this week in order.

Sort the Week by Expiry Date
Whatever Expires Soonest, Do First
Free ten-pull (the 15th), login event (the 15th), shop (the 22nd), bundle (the 29th), Garrison Headhunting (December 2).
Once sorted, the line is obvious: the longest-running item goes last, because it will wait for you; the two shortest go first, because they will not. Every trade-off this week follows from that.
Three Things to Do This Week
- Before 16:00 on November 8, finish part one, [Afterglow's End], and spend one round of event currency.
- Claim the [Homeland, New Journey Headhunting Permit] and use it on the spot. Do not save it for the 15th.
- From 04:00 on November 12, claim the supply login rewards. The Kernel Headhunting Permits do not come out of your pull budget.
All three take under an hour together, but skipping one can cost you dozens of pulls.
Back to the question from the opening: three deadlines, one pool of Sanity, 240 a day. Is there any reason to panic?
Walk through this ordering once and there really is nothing to panic about. Events like this come several times a year and the pace always pushes you, but what actually trips people up is never difficulty, it is forgetting which deadline lands first. Claim what needs claiming and clear what needs clearing before the 15th, and for everything else the Garrison pool is waiting for you until December 2.
Arknights FAQ
Does Garrison Headhunting share pity with the limited banner?
A: No. Garrison Headhunting is an independent pool with a 2% six-star rate, and the two count separately.
Are no new operators released on November 8?
A: The official event preview only announced Garrison Headhunting's six-star lineup and Garrison Protocol Regulations Sequence I. No new operators were announced, and for the exact stages and shop additions, go by the November 8 announcement.
Does event currency carry over to the next event?
A: No. The currency is voided when the event ends at 03:59 on November 22, so spend whatever is left before the 20th.
Is Talulah worth pulling for the archive?
A: If you are purely collecting, stick to the free ten-pull. The limited banner closes at 03:59 on the 15th, and a rerun means waiting for the next celebration cycle.
Should I use my Sanity potions now or save them?
A: Save them. Part three opens at 16:00 on November 15, its hard stage needs repeated attempts, and Sanity is tighter then.

Action Checklist
- Today, first confirm whether you finished part one. If not, use today's 240 Sanity to close the gap.
- At 16:00 on November 8, check the Garrison Headhunting lineup the moment you log in, compare it against your archive gaps, and only then decide whether to pull.
- The free ten-pull expires at 03:59 on November 15, so do not leave it to the last day.
- Claim the supply login rewards from 04:00 on November 12, seven days in a row.
- Clear the event shop and the one-time event mission rewards before November 20.
The reason for moving the shop clear-out up to the 20th is that exchange confirmations tend to lag over the final two days, and the one-time event mission rewards have to be opened and claimed separately, so they do not count against the shop's stock.
