Zenless Zone Zero 3.3 Haunted Oddhouse at a Glance: October 22 to November 30
The event runs from 10:00 on 2026/10/22 to 03:59 on 2026/11/30. Entry requires Inter-Knot Level 20 or above and Main Story Chapter 1 · Interlude cleared. Titled “Trick Truck Pulls Into the Oddhouse”, its tagline reads, “We are the ones making the fright? Oh, that makes it much more interesting~” — standard 3.3 Halloween-season content.
Requirements first, because that is the part most easily scared off by how high it looks.
The 3.3 main story unlocks at Season 3 Chapter 3, “Her and Her Secret Past”, while this event only asks for Chapter 1 · Interlude. How big is that gap? An entire season's worth of story. In other words, a brand-new or returning account only needs the base storyline finished to get in, with no need to catch up to the latest content. Inter-Knot Level 20 is not much of a gate either; two or three days of dailies gets you there.
The real trap is the deadline. The event ends at 03:59 on November 30, but the version does not wrap up until 06:00 on December 2. That leaves roughly two days where the version is still live but the event has already closed. You can push story and farm in those two days; you just cannot claim event rewards. So do not save the check-in rewards for the very last slot.

How to Clear Haunted Oddhouse Mission Mode in Zenless Zone Zero
With requirements settled, here is the actual work: how to play it. The announcement is blunt about this — you must clear every stage of Mission Mode to claim the Delusion Angel limited outfit from the Angel Cheer Squad Showdown welfare event. One sentence, and the entire priority order is fixed: Mission Mode is mandatory, challenge content is optional.
Which means the order cannot be reversed. Mission Mode gives progress-based rewards that count permanently once cleared, so there is no repeat farming. The challenge content is where the repetitive work lives. Every version has someone who charges straight at the challenge mode, finishes a full lap, and then finds the outfit still locked.
The official announcement does not specify how many Mission Mode stages there are; the stage list on the in-game event page is the accurate source. They usually unlock in daily batches, so not having every stage on day one is normal — it is not a bug, and re-logging will not help.

Team Building: Anomaly First, but Do Not Pull for It
The 3.3 environment is friendlier to Anomaly teams. Among Zenless Zone Zero character picks, Fione from the first banner is a Fire Anomaly Agent whose core passive, Nirvana, lets Attribute Anomaly damage dealt to Burning enemies crit, and lets her revive on the spot after taking a fatal blow. Event stages are dense with enemies that respawn quickly, so Anomaly triggers come thick and fast; a “the longer it fights, the harder it hits” kit like Fione's is far steadier than a pure burst team.
No Fione? Do not panic. Any Anomaly team you already have, Disorder-triggering setups included, clears it just fine.
Here is the crux: event stages are easier than Shiyu Defense, and rewards are granted on clear regardless of team rating. Which raises a question — would you pull a specific Agent for something handed out just for finishing? Almost certainly not. That is why we keep saying: do not pull for an event.
Stuck on a Stage? Do Not Rush to Sub-Stats
Another reminder: rewards are “clear and get”, not “higher score, bigger payout”. Your rating only affects how good the screenshot looks, not how fat the reward is.
So if a stage is blocking you, the first thing to check is not your Drive Disc sub-stats, but whether you have missed a prerequisite Mission Mode stage. Mission Mode is a chain, and skipping a link blocks progress; this is especially common in 3.3. Plenty of players think they cannot beat a stage when they simply have not reached it.

Zenless Zone Zero 3.3 Rewards: The Delusion Angel Outfit and Candlelight Trick
With the strategy clear, you should know what you are fighting for. Only two things here are genuinely worth noting: the Delusion Angel limited outfit, claimed through the Angel Cheer Squad Showdown welfare event, and the A-rank W-Engine Candlelight Trick (Bladeguard).
The Outfit Is Limited, with No Replacement After It Ends
Delusion Angel is 3.3's limited outfit, and once the event ends it will no longer be obtainable through this route. Note the weight of that phrasing: not “temporarily delisted”, but “no longer through this route”.
For outfit collectors, clearing every Mission Mode stage is a hard gate you cannot get around. You can resent the hassle; you cannot skip it.
Who Should Get Candlelight Trick (Bladeguard)
A-rank W-Engines have always been about bridging and filling gaps. The Bladeguard (Defense) type mainly serves Defense-slot Agents in 3.3; if you already own an S-rank W-Engine, this one is more of a collectible, or something to hand to your second team. The test is simple: does your main DPS convert DEF into damage? If yes, keep it; if not, into storage.
One point needs saying clearly: this is not a case of “A-rank is worse than S-rank, so skip it”. An A-rank W-Engine's value lies in sparing an S-rank for your second team. Shiyu Defense needs two teams, and the second team's W-Engine gap is usually filled by exactly this kind of event A-rank.

Zenless Zone Zero 3.3 Schedule and Resource Audit: Four Dates, Three Freebies
Rewards covered; the rest is pure timing. 3.3's events roll out in sequence, so getting the dates straight saves a lot of redundant logins.
| Date | Event | Requirement |
|---|---|---|
| 10/22 10:00 | Haunted Oddhouse opens | Inter-Knot 20+, Main Story Ch. 1 · Interlude |
| 10/28 10:00 | Cyber Surgeon, On Call! opens | Inter-Knot 20+, Main Story Ch. 1 · Interlude |
| 11/04 04:00 | Vanguard Bounty – Area Patrol (rewards doubled) | Inter-Knot 21+, reputation mission “Proxy's Path I” |
| 11/11 10:00 | “Mm-hm from the Sky” and The Limping Crow's Trail open | Inter-Knot 5+, Main Story Prologue |
November 4 Area Patrol: Five Days Only
The Vanguard Bounty – Area Patrol window runs from 04:00 on November 4 to 03:59 on November 9, doubling Area Patrol challenge rewards throughout. Five days — and you first need Inter-Knot Level 21 or above and the reputation mission “Proxy's Path I” completed.
How short is five days? One weekend plus three workdays and it is over. If you have not done the reputation mission, get it done this week; once the window shuts, you are waiting for the next one.

November 11: Banner and Login Event Land Together
November 11 is a crowded node. The second banner opens at 12:00 (Severian · Wind · Attack, plus Norma's rerun), the login event opens at 10:00, and The Limping Crow's Trail also opens at 10:00.
Yet that same morning, the first banner's channels for Fione and Velina close at 11:59. Do not leave your pulls until after noon; past that point, you are not pulling for the same lineup.
600 Polychrome and 10 Master Tapes: Do Not Let Them Expire in Your Mailbox
3.3 hands out three batches of free resources, all of them time-limited, which deserves a section of its own.
The downtime update compensation is Polychrome ×300, and the bug-fix compensation is another Polychrome ×300; both go to Proxies at Inter-Knot Level 4 or above before 06:00 on 2026/10/21. The downtime compensation can be claimed until the version ends; the bug-fix compensation must be logged in and collected before 23:59 on 2026/11/20. Together that is 600 Polychrome, roughly 3.75 pulls.
The other two are login rewards: All-New Broadcast gives Encrypted Master Tape ×10 for 7 cumulative login days, running until 03:59 on December 1; “Mm-hm from the Sky” gives Boopon ×10 for 7 cumulative login days, from 10:00 on November 11 to 03:59 on December 1. The two do not interchange — Master Tapes pull Agents, Boopons pull Bangboo — so do not expect one to cover the other.
At 160 Polychrome per pull, 10 Encrypted Master Tapes are worth 1,600 Polychrome. Add the 600 compensation and your dailies, and the free resources in 3.3's first half come to nearly 15 pulls. Enough for Severian in the second banner? That depends on your current pity. Being ten pulls short and fifty pulls short are completely different situations.
Back to that opening line: the outfit's deadline is 03:59 on November 30, not the version's December 2; Area Patrol runs five days only; the bug-fix compensation ends November 20. Three dates — not many, but not few either. With a month left, when do you plan to move?

Zenless Zone Zero 3.3 Haunted Oddhouse FAQ
What If I Cannot Clear an Event Stage?
A: First confirm whether every prerequisite Mission Mode stage is cleared, since Mission Mode is a chain. Event stages are easier than Shiyu Defense; Inter-Knot Level 20 with one fully built Anomaly team is enough, and no dedicated pulling is required.
Can the Delusion Angel Outfit Be Obtained Another Way?
A: No. The outfit is bound to the Angel Cheer Squad Showdown welfare event, which requires clearing every Mission Mode stage of Haunted Oddhouse. Once the event closes at 03:59 on November 30, it will not be reissued.
When Does the Second Banner Open, and How Long Does the First Run?
A: The second banner opens at 12:00 on November 11 (Severian + Norma); the first banner's channels for Fione and Velina close at 11:59 on November 11. If you are cutting it fine, mind the server time.
What Does Doubled Area Patrol Require?
A: Inter-Knot Level 21 or above and the reputation mission “Proxy's Path I” completed. The window is only those five days, 04:00 on November 4 to 03:59 on November 9, with rewards doubled.
