Vector Break #3 "Eco Mimicry" opens 29 September at 16:00 and closes 20 October 03:59; the milestone board stays open three extra days, to 23 October 03:59, after which the event token stops dropping (source: official event notice). October's first half therefore carries both the tail of Eco Mimicry and the opening of Yesterday Sea. Sanity will be short.

Any token not farmed by the earlier date simply does not exist, so the last three days are for exchanging, not farming.
Third, pulling for a rumoured limited banner. Communication #69 lists four activities and no recruitment information at all. Everything about limited banners circulating before that notice is unofficial, and spending Orundum on an assumption costs far more than waiting a week for the official notice.
