Wuthering Waves 3.6 Jingran Build: Echoes, HP Target and Teams
The hard part of building him is not the weapon. It is clearing the HP threshold and keeping shield coverage high enough to stack his damage buff. For the full build sheet, see GameHub's mobile game guides.

Wuthering Waves 3.6 Version Overview and Jingran's Banner
When Jingran released in Wuthering Waves 3.6
Version 3.6, "Mirage Lanterns, Mortal Blade," launched on 20 August 2026. Phase one featured Qingxiao (Aero, Sword) with a Tania rerun. Phase two, from mid-September, featured Jingran (Fusion, Broadblade) with reruns of Feixue and Monin. The 5-star weapons Yunliang and Qianbandu shipped alongside them.
New echoes and zones added in 3.6
The official preview also listed new echoes: Muyu (weekly boss), Xunxiao Spear Guard, Xunxiao War Machine and Yuming Snake. New zones include Yuancheng Wilds, Xuanyuan Domain and Fengyun Pass, plus sword-flight traversal and the zither minigame. Jingran's echo farming sits inside this batch of content.
Wuthering Waves Jingran Mechanics
Why Jingran wants 50,000 HP
Jingran's inherent skill converts Max HP into flat ATK: every 1,000 Max HP grants 50 bonus ATK, capped at 2,500. That conversion sets his floor, and community testing puts the practical HP target at 50,000.
How Jingran's buff stacks work
His damage stacking mechanic grants 1 stack when he gains a shield and 2 stacks when a teammate gains a shield, once every 0.5 seconds, up to 50 stacks. Each stack converts into 2.5% Fusion DMG bonus when he casts his Outro skill, capping at 125% .
Testing found that standing on field alone caps him around 20 to 23 stacks in 15 seconds. An echo that shields allies, such as Tansui Heavy Machine in the Cost-3 slot, pushes that to roughly 45 to 47 stacks.
Jingran's survival passive
The official guide states that when Jingran takes a lethal hit he does not fall. He instead gains a shield equal to 50% of Max HP for 15 seconds, available once every 10 minutes, and that shield does not pass to the next resonator. It raises his error tolerance in the Tower, but it is not a substitute for a healer.

Wuthering Waves Jingran Echo Setup
Which echo set to farm
The recommended set is the 5-piece Nightwalker Lamp, using a 44111 spread with two Cost-4 echoes and Wanzhelao Husk in the primary slot. The set carries CRIT, which is what makes the Cost-4 main stat choice flexible.
Cost-4 main stat split
| Weapon and team | Two Cost-4 main stats | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Signature plus Shorekeeper | Both CRIT DMG | Set and teammate already supply CRIT Rate |
| No Shorekeeper, weak sub stats | One CRIT Rate, one CRIT DMG | Patches CRIT Rate into a usable band |
| Non-signature weapon | Both HP% | Hit 50,000 HP first, worry about CRIT later |
Sub stat priority: HP% > CRIT DMG >= CRIT Rate > Fusion DMG bonus.
Wuthering Waves Jingran Weapon and Sequences
Signature weapon Qianbandu numbers
The official notice confirms Qianbandu as a 5-star Broadblade. Published figures: ATK 413, HP 72.2%, All-Type DMG bonus +12%. Casting an Outro skill or gaining a shield grants 1 stack of Chengtian and 1 stack of Zaiwu, once every 0.5 seconds, stacking to 6 and lasting 7 seconds. Chengtian gives 10% Fusion DMG bonus per stack, up to 60%. Zaiwu is consumed by Heavy Attacks, up to 2 stacks at a time, each ignoring 15% of enemy DEF for 30% total, lasting 2 seconds.
Which sequences to chase
Community consensus puts the value at S2, S3 and S6. S2 boosts enhanced Heavy Attack and first-rotation damage, S3 loosens team requirements, and S6 is the big damage jump . On a budget, aim for S0 plus signature. He needs HP, and the signature's HP roll is hard to replace.
Wuthering Waves 3.6 Tower of Adversity Jingran Teams
| Team | Setup | Where it works | Rotation notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard Fusion | Jingran + Youuno + Shorekeeper | Mid tower and high-resist floors | Youuno's shields feed his stacks; build stacks, then burst on Outro |
| No-Youuno route | Jingran + Lupa + Shorekeeper | Triple-Fusion route | Lupa's buffs compensate, but stack counts run lower so stay on field longer |
| Budget bridge | Jingran + Rebecca or Mortefi + healer | Tower farming and dailies | Pick a Heavy Attack sub-DPS and keep shield uptime continuous |
The Tower of Adversity rotates environmental buffs and resistances each cycle, so check the in-game notice for the 3.6 round. The method does not change: find the floor with reduced resistance or Fusion and Heavy Attack buffs, and place Jingran there instead of forcing one lane the whole way.

Wuthering Waves Jingran Practical Tips and Mistakes
Shield rotation
- For 15 seconds after his Outro entry or Resonance Skill, dealing damage refreshes his shield, and that refresh is the stack point.
- The Outro skill is not just damage. It is where the stacks convert into the damage bonus.
- Let teammate shields land while Jingran is on field, otherwise you lose the 2-stack gain.
Common mistakes
The most common error is building him like a generic main DPS: stacking ATK% and ignoring HP, which wastes the inherent conversion. Second is running CRIT on both Cost-4 echoes and landing under 50,000 HP. Third is holding Heavy Attacks after a mistimed rotation, wasting the DEF-ignore window.
Wuthering Waves 3.6 Resource Planning
| Priority | Item | Why |
|---|---|---|
| High | Signature weapon Qianbandu | Supplies HP and Fusion damage, covers his core gate |
| High | 5-piece Nightwalker Lamp | Its CRIT is what frees the Cost-4 slots |
| Medium | HP sub stats | Reach 50,000 HP before chasing perfect CRIT |
| Low | High sequences | S2 and S3 are enough, S6 is for surplus budgets |
If your account lacks a Fusion main DPS, Jingran is a reasonable pull because his survivability lowers the execution bar. If you already have a Fusion team and need a support instead, save for the Feixue or Monin rerun. More 3.6 echo and Tower breakdowns live in the guides section at gghubs.com.
Wuthering Waves Jingran FAQ
Q: How much HP does Jingran need?
A: 50,000 is the community target. His inherent skill converts every 1,000 Max HP into 50 bonus ATK, capped at 2,500.
Q: Which echoes and Cost spread should Jingran use?
A: 5-piece Nightwalker Lamp with a 44111 spread, two Cost-4 echoes, Wanzhelao Husk primary. Run double CRIT DMG with the signature and Shorekeeper, double HP otherwise.
Q: Can Jingran work without Youuno?
A: Yes. Run Lupa in a triple-Fusion team, or Rebecca and Mortefi as Heavy Attack sub-DPS. Stack counts run lower, so you stay on field longer.
Q: What does the weapon Qianbandu do?
A: ATK 413, HP 72.2%, All-Type DMG +12%. Chengtian stacks up to 60% Fusion DMG bonus, and Zaiwu makes Heavy Attacks ignore up to 30% DEF.
